Are you finding time to take a pause? Find moments in your day to stop, clear, and simply breathe for 3-10 seconds. That’s it. You’ll be amazed at the difference a simple pause can make. If you want to add another layer, write a single sentence immediately after the pause. Write whatever arose for you as you cleared time to sit in that moment. Create a pause diary. Find time to stop time for a few seconds.
